At The Sprinkle Studio, we specialize in crafting custom cakes, cookies, and candy tailored to your specific design or theme. Additionally, we create themed desserts for party table displays, party and wedding favors, or unique holiday gifts. Our goal is to create whimsical, fun memories that linger long after the last crumb is enjoyed!

The Sprinkle Studio is the sweet realization of Courtney’s lifelong passion for creativity and of course, sugar! Growing up surrounded by her mom’s homemade treats and fudge business, Courtney developed a sweet tooth she joyfully passed down to her son and daughter. Recognizing herself as an artist at heart, Courtney pursued a profession allowing the expression of creativity.
After attending culinary arts school, she became a pastry cook at the Union League of Philadelphia, eventually rising to Executive Pastry Chef. Building the pastry program, initiating successful chocolate programs, and creating holiday Pop-Up Shops marked some of Courtney’s achievements. In addition, she created custom menus and wedding cakes for high profile clients across the club's many properties. During her tenure as the Executive Pastry Chef, The Union League was named #1 City Club in the Country for six consecutive times.
In April 2023, life took a turn when Courtney’s husband accepted an Executive Chef position in Baton Rouge. As a family, they moved, and a new adventure as a stay-at-home mom began. However, creativity couldn’t be suppressed for long.
Missing the joy of bringing desserts to people, The Sprinkle Studio was founded by Courtney. She looks forward to collaborating with clients, crafting customized edible designs, whether it’s cakes, cookies, candy, or desserts, to make events truly special.
Top three finalist at the 29th annual U.S. Pastry Competition in New York 2018
Winner of the 2018 Albert Uster Chocolate Cup
Featured in multiple pastry publications for competitions such as So Good Magazine & Le Journal du Patisserie.
Completed advanced classes and training at The Valrhona School of Brooklyn in New York City.
Completed additional training at Barry Callebaut Chocolate Academy in Chicago, Illinois.
Concluded a chocolate tasting and practical skills training at the Felchlin School located in Schwyz, Switzerland.
